Science of Mind is a spiritual philosophy that serves us well in today's world. It is a correlation of the laws of science (quantum physics), the opinions of philosophy and the revelations of religion applied to human issues, needs and aspirations

It is uncomplicated by dogma, hidden doctrine, superstition, or outdated concepts. It probes deeply and directly into the very Source of Life, emerging with a useful knowledge of universal principles.

This Source of Life has been called by many names- Higher Power, Being, Spirit, First Cause, Love, God...

What is Religious Science?

The philosophy of Science of Mind is the foundation of Religious Science, one of several religions established in the New Thought Movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Religious Science honors the Universal Truths found in all ancient teachings. It is a practical way of thinking about the nature of the universe, our human role and our direct relationship to God.

It is a dependable technique, applying a belief system through scientific application which can be used by anyone, anywhere and at anytime. Through correct use of the principles applied in Spiritual Mind Treatment, a form of affirmative prayer, results are assured.

Why does Religious Science work?

Through the application of the beliefs of Religious Science, we are able to disentangle ourselves from our self-imposed burdens in life-our suffering, limited circumstances, fears and failure. The Universal Law responds to our thoughts. It is the impersonal, manifesting principle available to each of us. Through the use of this Law, there is no problem too great, too embedded nor too long-held that cannot be relieved through properly directing our thoughts in scientific prayer.

What We Believe

We Believe in God, the Living Spirit Almighty; one indestructible, absolute, and self-existent Cause. This One manifests Itself in and through all creation but is not absorbed by Its creation. The manifest universe is the body of God; it is the logical and necessary outcome of the infinite self-knowingness of God.

We believe in the incarnation of the Spirit in everyone and that all people are incarnations of the One Spirit.

We believe in the eternality, the immortality, and the continuity of the individual soul, forever and ever expanding.

We believe that heaven is within us and that we experience it to the degree that we become conscious of it.

We believe the ultimate goal of life to be a complete emancipation
from all discord of every nature,
and that this goal is sure to be attained by all.

We believe in the unity of all life,
and that the highest God and the innermost God is one God.

We believe that God is personal to all who feel this in dwelling Presence.

We believe in the direct revelation of Truth through the intuitive and spiritual nature of the individual, and that any person may become a revealer of Truth
who lives in close contact with the indwelling God.

We believe that the Universal Spirit, which is God, operates through a Universal Mind, which is the Law of God; and that we are surrounded by the Creative Mind
which receives the direct impress of our thought and acts upon it.

We believe in the healing of the sick through the Power of this Mind.

We believe in the control of conditions through the Power of this Mind.

We believe in the eternalGoodness, the eternal Loving-kindness, and the eternal Givingness of Life to all.

We believe in our own soul, our own spirit, and our own destiny;
for we understand that the life of all is God.
